OM IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a company specialized at offering IT services and BPO group. It is outsourcing its fi best project Construct India (www.constructindia.net)- a call center (it takes care of all data processing, outbound and inbound) in India.
Minimum qualifications:
• Infrastructure is to be admirable.
• The seating capacity of the infrastructure has be minimum 5-10 at starting and then when load increases has to be expanded to 50.
• Facilities for holding high end computers and systems has to be available with network routers and internet.
Turnover:
• Minimum –3 Crores Indian rupees or high as per the load
• Maximum – 5 Crores Indian rupees or high as per the load
Construct India’s Tasks:
• Builds training materials and develops curriculum for training sessions.
• Heads both offshore and onsite training sessions (, Basic Grammar, Customer Service Skills, Listening Skills, Empathy, Tone and Assertiveness, Sales & Marketing, Mock Tests & Process Sentence Construction, Writing Skills)
• Be cautious about the proper expertise levels of the workforce
• Will have to take care of the first 2 months’ salary of the employees
